Hello, Yes I grooved a 22re head. sorry no pics though Mr. Singh said he would show me if I could not figure it out send him a pic of your head. I did get good results though. Just point the groove at the plug from between the valves. Do yourself a favor and raise the compression. I did not further shave my head and I wish I had just to get all the bang for my buck maybe a little more power. I was only getting 19 mpg combined in my 82 4x4 pu I have gotten as high as 26.8 mpg on the highway since got 19 towing a u-haul trailer up from SLC. I have an idea for the gooves of using a fine chainsaw file make it round easily
